The Marine Life Exhibit was set up to help teach visitors and local children about the fragility of the coral reef habitat of Vieques.

All the plants and animals are from the local waters of Vieques. The animals are not permanent residents of the aquarium, but "visit" us for a time before beiing taken back to their marine homes. Many of the animals are "shy" and hide behind the rocks and corals.

Please do not put your hands in the aquariums — the oils on your hands coud harm the animals.

We have guided tours of the display from Wednesday - Sunday from 1 pm - 3 pm.
